Technical Returning Player cannot log onto account

I cannot log onto my account. I have done a password change and imputed the code sent to my email many times and changed password multiple times. I cant log onto my account on this website or on the game. My original account is Killashrub I had to make this account to ask for help.

Ok I did that yesterday too after finding out about it. I will continue to wait for a reply.
