my account after 2 years have unbanned ..
i realy happy about that and thanks alot
but i have Q , why my characters get deleted??
i have no char in my account
i want it back if you can

It's forum. Go write ticket/send mail. Only items from coin shop will be restored cuz account security is your responsibility. Go check history of log-ins and check for alien IPs. Warmane have nothing to do with your characters being deleted except for case of annual inactivity clean-up.
