WotLK In-game settings issue

My in-game settings doesnt save when i am exiting the game. What kind of problem it can be?

Exit the game. Go to where your wow folder is, right-click it, go Properties(last option at the bottom). Uncheck the Read-Only checkbox. Press OK.
