How to Collect coins?

Hey guys, i just looked a video where someone collected points on this website for his acc, i tried to do it Yesterday and today, but it gave me none, can u tell me why? My status is Agent so i should get 0,5 coins/day right?

You need 1000 unique achievement points (any achievement counts only once for whole account, so no multiplication from having same achieve on all you characters)
