Hello. Why ban me without checking that the people who report me are not committing the same violation of the rules?

Are they supposed to check everyone the person who reported you whispered aswell just in case those people commited something bad aswell?
They act on evidence provided. If he provided evidence that got you banned, why should he get banned?
If he broke the rules aswell, you should've reported him. Enjoy your time off.

Real life example.
Why would police announce raid on drug dealer before it happens? So that he can hide evidences and just wave them with empty hand and warehouse?
