Site Still clueless about the lottery

So, only post I found about the lottery is from : http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=401364
I'm wondering how it works, why does it say winner : Unclaimed?
How do people claim prices? how do they know they have won a price? etc etc
Can a admin or moderator make a post on the : "Frequently Asked Questions"
And explain us this?

I'm surprised there is no other topic talking about this.

When it says "Unclaimed" it means the winner didn't open the mail with the reward yet.
Prizes arrive in your in-game mailbox. You know if you won the lottery in-game by checking the mailbox or when you go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/lottery it will tell you that you won and that you should claim it.

you will get a notification visible here:https://www.warmane.com/account and also 1 mail to every character you have on that specific realm to let you know that you have won.

As winner you will later go to Lottery page and a new window is showed to let you pick on which character you wanna recieve the prize -> then the prize will be sent via mailbox system to that character

"Unclaimed" = the player have not selected on which character he wanna get the prize (in most case it means the player have not logged on website yet)
