WotLK I can't start shadow vault quest line

I'm lvl80 but koltira on the airship has no quest for me.there should be a quest[it's all fun and games]to kill the ocular.please help me.

you need to take a quest from Dalaran that leads you to the ship, then and only then you will unlock the quest chains
