Site Collect points not working - account

I have noticed that my account still shows rank "agent" and that you must have a character with at least 1k achievement points.
Since 2 days ago, i meet these requirements with 1 of my characters (banksalot) but i still can't collect any points. (it seems the account didn''t got updated on the site)

Thats why i have waited a day before posting this question here because i assumed it could take a day before the new info is synced with the site.
Sadly 2days later I am still facing the same issue and I hope you can help me out.

characters on Frostmourne and Blackrock realms are ignored
