Technical Bugged quest in Sholazar Basin

Hey guys,

i wanted to do the quest line in Sholazar Basin to get reputation with the oracles. The quest line beginns after killing ´´Pitch´´, a black lion in front of ´´Tracker Gekgek´´. Normally, when you kill the mob, ´´Tracker Gekgek´´ gives you the first quest of the line, but it is not the case.
Is it bugged?
