Breath, under water.

So I noticed that my char on Frostmourne looses breath much much slower than in Blizz vanilla and tbc wow. Why is that ?

If this is an intended change, is there a list somewhere of what has been changed on Warmane compared to Blizz-wow ?

It is a blue meter that once had a duration of 60 seconds, but was changed in Patch 3.0.2 to 3 minutes.
