Server Time and Time Change

Hello everyone!

First of all, not sure if this is the right place to ask for this, in case it isn't my apologies.

At the end of the month in my country we gonna change the time and we go back one hour.
Currently I'm 2 hours ahead of server time (so if it is 18:00 ST it's basically 20:00 my time).

Now with the upcoming time changes, is the Server Time gonna be the same, therefore only one hour difference between me and the server time or is the Server Time also going back one hour?
