Site Can't receive points?

Howdy y'all,

Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried searching but found no answers. I'm unable to collect any points, despite having a good account standing. My character on Frostmourne has about 2000 achievement points, so it exceeds the minimum, which means I should be able to receive some.
Is this a matter of realm? or am I missing something?

frostmourne and blackrock characters are ignored by the point system

You'd miss a pile of points that would accumulate until the Frostmourne S2 transfers starts.
