  2. If they were on Frostmourne S1, you can transfer them via https://www.warmane.com/account/services by selecting Frostmourne S1 -realm.

If they are gone from in-game, they are gone. There's a chance some character(s) might be able to be restored via the aforementioned link.

You may have had somebody log into your account while you were gone. Check https://www.warmane.com/account/history for anything suspicious. Warmane won't compensate you for any losses, as your account's security is up to you. Only coin items can be restored.

  3. Character retrival

I have the same problem... I haven't played in the last 5-6 months and I had a geared char on frostmourne and 1 5k gs char on icecrown and I forgot both accounts I mean I remember the accounts names, emails and how passwords should be but I can't log in because I'm missing something from the passwords... Can you help me with that?

Reset password should be easy trick.

If your character was on Frostmourne during season 1, you have to transfer it to Icecrown via https://www.warmane.com/account/services. The transfer may take some time.

  5. They were all on icecrown, this happend once before to me and i restored them but i cant remember how.
