1. Account not accessable

    Hello!

    Tried writting a email to [email protected] but didnt get any response.

    1. I created a new account after few years and i am not able to collect points from the website even after loging in and playing for few hours.

    2. I cant access my old account from few years back. Is it maybe wiped due to inactivity? But my email is still in use as it seems. . .

  2. 1. you can collect points once you have at least 1000 achievement points on your account (characters on Frostmorune and Blackrock do NOT count)

    2. send an email to [email protected] for support (with as much details as you can provide to prove you are the owner of that account)
    If you have already done it, just wait.
    If 2 weeks passed, try sending a new mail.

    alright . . .
    Didn't mean you have to wait for two weeks for a reply. Usually you get a response within a week. It may take up to two weeks, depending on email amount the staff is getting.
