Technical FPS drop with mouse movement.

really high FPS, 165+ as soon as I move the mouse it drops to sub 20.

Changed all the settings, tried different aspect ratios, input settings, windowed, etc.

Any ideas?

Menu > video > disable "hardware cursor"

Try disabling Hardware Cursor in Video settings. It's caused by Nvidia driver update but disabling this setting should fix the issue.
