1. I lost my phone and can't retrieve my 2 authenticator code from an old account

    Hi, I have an old account I used to play here and back then I bought alot of coins unfortunetly I lost my phone and I cannot retrieve my account because they ask me for the generated code. Is there a way I can retrieve my account? I remember my account name and password but I cannot log on. Thanks

  2. Sorry, but it is mainly issue if your mobile company, to get you new "old" number.
    Or you need to make ticket to support with valid evidences of your ownership of this account.

    Otherwise send an email to [email protected] or make a support ticket on website if you have another premium account: https://www.warmane.com/account/support

  4. https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve > "Two Factor Auth Removal" > type your account name and then click on "RETRIEVE" with your mosue (not by pressing enter on your keyboard)

    If it does not work, send an email to [email protected] for support
