This is the message that pops on my account even though I've not been advertising anything. This IP is linked to a free vpn service, so someone must've used it to break the server rules.
Could you please remove the flag from my account so I could use the services once again, thanks.

Cannot create a support ticket.
This is the warning which I receive.
Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising.

Than go and read article again, cuz you clearly missed part where Mod explains what to do if you landed on ban IP (your case with VPN).
For real, reading pinned post with title that shouts out your problem would've save you much more time
