WotLK Character transfer

Hello I have 2 transfers that I've done

Chronos's transfer from Frostmourne - S1 to Icecrown has completed.
Cylon's transfer from Frostmourne - S1 to Icecrown has completed.

However, I didn't notice that I've already had 10 characters on Icecrown, so I deleted one just to see if at least one of the transferees would appear, however nothing has happened.
I'm at 9 characters on Icercrown, and I can't even locate Chronos or Cylon.

Please advise.
