WotLK Lost characters

Hello.
My respect, i have one question...
Few months ago when i last loged in i had many characters on icecrown, now...
When i loged in about half month ago i had 0 characters, as they were deleted tough it was not me who deleted them, and im unable to retrieve or to revive those characters.
So, can you do something about i was playing on this server for many years as i remember since 2013, and i think it would be really stupid if i lost those characters forever? Can you restore them or what? That is my question.

if you have found out that "half month ago", why are asking for help only now?

Select realm > Currency:Points/Coins > Character restoration
You should be able to see a list of characters you can restore. (deleted in the past 30 days)

I guess there is nothing you can do If they have been deleted more than 30 days ago.
Be sure it is "icecrown" realm, maybe you are looking at character list of an other wotlk realms.
