Site Coin Gifting

Hi,

I'm looking to gift coins to another account. I've tried filling in the "Receiver character name" with the in-game character name of one of the characters within that account, but all it says is that character doesn't exist. Some potentially relevant information includes:

1. Two factor authentication was just enabled ~24 hours ago for the receiving account;
2. The receiving character is only level 10;
3. The receiving character is horde;
4. The gifting character is alliance.

EDIT: I'm an ***** - it's cause the character name you type in is case-sensitive.
