WotLK Appeal for a ban

A couple of days ago I was banned for alleged botting in time when I was not even logged in. There is no indication of an activity from my IP or any other during this time. I have written a ticket and an email to no avail. The Warmane team continues to ignore my request for an appeal and they don't answer any of my tickets, emails to messages. I have no idea how else to contact them.

Ban appeals have the lowest priority, routinely taking a week or so to get replied. Your ticket will be read and answered when its turn arrives, trying to make it happen faster with Forum threads or redundant emails and tickets isn't going to have any positive result.
