It says Donation rank: Regular , it must me becuase i didnt enter creditcard info and purchase thru this acc bcs i cant donate from my country so I had to send money to someone else to donate for me and send me those coins , is there any way I can get that rank please help

No, there isn't. It's the act of donating that earns donor privileges, not receiving coins. What you did (abusing the gift system to buy coins with real money) is actually not allowed and could potentially get your account terminated.
