Technical Game stuttering

So recently my game has started stuttering not just in dalaran , in regular places like stormwind bgs raids, (it hasn't stuttered before) the stuttering just appeared
constant frame drops makes game almost unplayable...? anyone knows reason? I have GTX 1050 , i3 8100 3.6ghz , ddr4 12gb ram and ssd.

does it happen whenever you move your mouse?
In that case try: Menu -> Video -> disable "hardware cursor"
