Not receiving emails to reset password/username
Hello guys,
A friend of mine tried registering an account on the server, and a message prompted with the message that his email is already in use, so he tried to get the username so he could reset his account password. The problem is that he never received any email to get his username nor to reset his password.
Is there any way you can help us out? :)
