    Item missing

    Hi i wanted to wrote report about item but i couldn't add any item into item selection can someone help me with this?

    1. Item Misbuy?

    a. Coin item:
    Create Item Misbuy ticket (My Account -> Support) within 24 hours of purchase. Alternative: send email to [email protected]

    b. Point item:
    No support.

    2. Lost item from inventory

    a. If it was bought with coins, send in-game ticket.

    b. Other than coin bought item, no support. Get it again.
