Is it possible to cancel my character listing and get my character back? It is still active and has not sold. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Log into site -> go to Trade -> select server your toon on sale is on -> sell -> characters i'm trading -> hit cancel.
Should solve your issue.
