Account hacked and deleted character

I have recently came back to the server just to find my account hacked and characters deleted. Is there a way to restore characters or at least get a compensation of some sort for your server being hacked and you leaking my personal data and destroying my progress?

Account security is your responsibility, not theirs. If you bothered securing your account with 2FA or changing your password every once in a while there'd be no issues.
My account wasn't hacked so they didn't leak your personal data and destroy your progress, you did by not caring about your account's security. Now you come here and demand compensation?
