Is there a source that confirms that there will or wont be any end of the year/Christmas even this year ?

Last year the Christmas Event post was posted Dec. 22, so hopefully in the next couple of days we will see what they have in store for us this year :D

It is sad to see a long time (years) observence of Christmas on the sever gone. It was a tradition to us oldies here. #angrysnowmandead

Maybe they will surprise us with a very late event to intercept the logically arising questions about the future of this servers?
