Low geared players bracket bg vs Blackrock players

I have seen that Blackrock players are playing bgs against low armor players.

I think it is unfair for horde side, usually blackrock players play on alliance side(human trinket), bgs are now like this:

Alliance: 8 blackrock players + 2 low armor icecrown players.
Horde: 7 Icecrown low armor players + 2 Lordraeron low armor players +1 blackrock player.

I think blackrock people should do bg against wrathfull set bracket, because they have full relentles set + weapons + Toc25H trinkets.

As a result, low bracket horde bgs are losing 80% or 90%.

Pretty sure when you make Blackrock character you start with lower bracket gear, which is furious and there is option to opt-in in higher bracket which is Wrathfull. For example if you look at arena ladder, BG2 blackrock players don't have wrathful gear.

You start with furious on blackrock. If you opt in to higher bracket you get relentless. The thing that kinda bugs me is its fully gemmed and enchanted haha
