I've logged off, restarted, etc. Verified the setting is off, but i keep getting put on Horde side, its horrible. Please, has anyone had this issue or know how to help?

Mercenary mode wont turn off. Please help

When you queue for BG right click the icon that shows up on the minimap and look if the mode is on or off check in the site aswell
