    This guy just waiting in the spawn island and killing a NPC to block starters quest.

    I asked that question few years ago when I started on warmane.. I was told "Get bunch of 80s and kill him" very welcoming for new players.

    Call some homies and kill him?

    Ganking is wPvP and there are no specific rules against it. Just take comfort in that you probably never sink to his level, and do something that pitiful, and get some kicks out of it as well.
