High latency can't be caused by players unless there's SO MANY players in the same place they cause server-wide instability. 15 people (3 multiboxers) don't fall under "SO MANY". Check your internet first.
What they might cause are stutters in form of FPS drops, which is an entirely different thing and it's caused by your PC being poor (no offense ofc).
