Help, 8 fps

I have a windows 10 machine with a n NIVIDIA 1070 with a i7 CPU 32gbs ram 1tb SSD.
Wotlk 3.3.5 Is not using my GPU and only getting 8 fps when Im playing, I have turned off and on the graphic settings and hardware cursor and turned all the settings to low.
My GeForce experience isn't detecting wow
I have reinstalled it 2 times hoping that would help and reset my computer many times and recanned so for drivers for the game.
Also there is no WOW.EXE in my files of the fresh download
I use to get 80 fps before this fresh install
What should I do?

do not u have "nvdia control panel"? it allow you set which app/exe should use intel or nvdia gpu

There's no such option with nvidia since long ago. Now you're supposed to go Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings, enable Hardware-accelerated GPU sheduling and browse for the .exe you want to set up for high performance.
