Holy pve: pre-raid gear and spec / lordaeron.

Ok so I've got some questions about holy pally.

PvE pre-raid (lordaeron)
Need some advice what should I aim for to be as ready as I can to heal raids. I understand that a raid build is based around intellect and holy light. So my pre-raid gear should just be about getting my intel as high as possible? Or is that relevant to the raid gear itself only, and pre raid should focus more on something else (FoL build? Mp5 sp?).

Im not looking for re-gemming / re-speccing the least amount of times or something. I want to be the best i can at each point. I want people to say "oh here's that holy pally again. Get Him to heal our raid!".

Also which raids I should focus on first? Don't have much experience raiding.

I'd suggest taking these talents.

It's kinda ****ty at low gearscore because you sacrifice 5% crit, but these talents are used up untill end-game.

Improved Devo Aura - for when there is no tree/prot pala in the raid.
Divine sacrifice - Great raid-wide defensive cd.
Improved Righteous Fury - take 6% less damage from any source, i see this as a absolute win! (Take care on freshly spawned adds during encouters tho! you might have agroo.)

Some guilds might require you to drop the 3 points in Improved Devo and put the in Improved HoJ and LoH.
Sounds stupid but they want you to stun certain adds during boss encounters.
However if this is the case they will let you know so i would just ignore it for now.

I'm not a lordaeron player so i don't know what the raid requirements are on your realm, so i can't help you with that.
