General question to seasonal server

I always wanted to experience Wotlk from the beginning to the end, and now im already waiting for the Frostmourne reset. My question is, is there stuff that can be only obtained or gained in not full progressed server? Like mounts, items or other stuff? And if yes, for which ones should i watch out?

To my knowledge, the only "exclusive" things you can obtain are rewards from Feats of Strength that would be obtainable through the season cycle, like realm first titles, which would then be transferable to Icecrown.

There are a few things. The glory of the raider achievements for tier 7(10 and 25) award plagued and black proto drake respectively. These are only obtainable while tier 7 is the active tier. They are also 310% mounts, not to mention rare during the first season(especially plagued proto drake - as OS10 3 drakes is harder than OS25 3 drakes). Good luck.
