Anyone wanna create a newbie guild?

I was thinking of making a guild for players who are less experienced to learn and progress with through ICC. IT's kinda hard to find pugs if you aren't six million gear score and so Why not make a guild for people who are raid ready to hang out, raid, become friends and go from noob to pro. Anyone interested in the idea? If there are any guilds who are already doing something like this please let me know as well.


I have raid ready characters on both Horde and Alliance so can go either way.

Problem is that there are many ''new'' people who played this for ages, like 5+ years yet they still don't know the basic tactics of any boss. When asked: ''I'm lazy''. Yeah...

If you wish to enter icc runs even at 5k,5.2k, then watch the runs happening at the end of the week (alt runs) and just say you're gemmed + ench + link ach from your main ,bla bla and you can go inside. Or make your own one. Say gearing run 6-7 bosses max and go. Or find a guild.
