Best trinket for Boomkin PvP? (Non-donate and also non-high end Pve)

Hey guys!

I'm having fun with my boomkin in PvP basically(5,9k gs) . I cant do serious PVE atm or Donate however i feel my burst window is rlly rlly short with Flare of the Heavens(10 sec). Should i obtain the trinket from frost? 20 Sec burst window sounds much better even if it brings me less SP but hit rating is totally useless for me at this point so i cant rlly decide what to do with the slot. I dont care about GS :).
