I donated and bought Scroll of deception but i received Mail Scroll, wtf its normal?

Ehm, could you provide screenshot of the scroll you received?

The scroll will come via mail. You are to use the scroll on the item which looks you want to copy. It will create an essence and you use that essence to change the look of the item you want.

It's based on that unused engineering pattern. Try to delete cache folder. If that doesn't work, check if maybe you have some custom file from another server.
