Hello, I`ve bought an Oathbinder heroic for my 3.0 gs feral. And it started register me on BG with and against bis chars. I decided to leave my polearm at bank. And GM told me that it should less my GS and will be ok. But it doesn`t! What should I do, pls help me?

as far as I know the "gear check" consider even the gear in bag and banks.

I guess so but is it a big deal?
Soon or later you will be placed on that "BG bracket" once you get decent gear and if your goal is to get equipped as soon as possible who cares if you are already placed on the highest bracket ?
As long as you are lucky enough to be often placed on the winner team...
