WotLK ICC Problem (Can' t take anything from Ormus)

Hi . First of all sorry for my bad English.

My problem is;

My "The Ashen Verdict" Reputions is full (EXALTED). But i cant take anythink from "Ormus the Penitent" with my rep. It looks like this

I need to get DPS ring from Ormus. I don't remember getting it before than sell or delete.

Btw did you buy this character from "Trade"? in that case open a ticket in-game for GM support

Didnt buy caracter and i dont remember got any ring from him. Checked twice my bank and bags but dont have. I may have taken and deleted maybe in the past.
