How to dismount ppl in air?

I've seen some people dismounting others in flying mounts, dismounting themselves in the pocess. Is it an mind control engineering item?

I have no idea, but Presence of Mind + Polymorph should work.

I think in some patch it might have worked to dismount flying enemies with CC but in some patch later it was changed so they are CC immune. Idk how it is in wotlk.

In MOP it is possible to dismount flying players using Hardened Shell. (This can't have been used if you seen it in wotlk, although when you say you seen people do it then it could mean a video but even then it has a cast time so can't be used while falling)

Other than that I don't think there is any way but I am not 100% sure.

Knockback spells like Typhoon dismount you if I recall correctly which is usually how its done
