Site Weird Random Ban?

So I know, 'DONT COMPLAIN ON THE FORUM", but Ive tried to submit a ticket however it is not letting me.

My account has a ban for 8 years and 2 months for "Suspicious activity" and I know I haven't done anything suspicious.

I've tried use the support function on the account panel but it wont let me because it says I am banned.

I am still able to play and just picked Warmane back up and got into the WotLK version, have a pretty dope mage and really dont want to lose it in the Transfer. I am unsure of what to do and if an Admin or GM could give me some helpful information that would be great!!
