I don´t see ADDONS window in game HELP!

I dont see addons window in game. download 4 addons. the addons i download is useing Gnev.

You didn't put them in proper folders. You probably added another extra folder that's not meant to be there, like Bagnon addon in another Bagnon folder. Here's how it's supposed to look:
Also, check that you downloaded proper versions.

The guide didnt help. I does everything and control every addon but nothing help

Go to your WoW/Interface/AddOns/ -folder, and check if the AddOns are packed within an extra folder. This is usually the issue when AddOns aren't showing up, despite being for the correct WoW version, and installed within the right folder.

E.g. the addon might be installed like this:
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM/DBM
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM/DBM-TBC

When the addon should be installed like this:
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM-TBC

Your AddOns folder should look something like this:
