seasonal store already opened for blackrock?

why can blackrock players donate for itemlevel 226 items already? sinister revenge used by blackrock players, store even has ilvl 258 items?
is this a mistake or whats up

this thread refers to the blackrock seasonal realm which is part of the frostmourne seasonal realm's battlegroup. you face each other in battlegrounds/arena and share the same ladder. on frostmourne naxxramas raid has not been released yet but on blackrock you can already donate items like betrayer of humanity or sinister revenge and use it to climb the ladder.
i know that you cannot donate on the frostmourne realm yet which is why i opened this thread to ask whether it is intended that people are able to do so on the blackrock seasonal realm
