    Character removed

    Greetings! Bad people came to my acc and my character disappeared, I tried to restore it but writes:You do not have any characters that require restoration on Icecrown. What could have been done to him that he disappeared without a trace?

    frostmourne realm?

    you need to "manually" move them to Icecrown realm:
    https://www.warmane.com/account -> service
    Select "Frostmourne - S2" as realm
