Hello!
Just made a new account to set it up for a friend. I keep getting the "unable to validate game version" error.
I'm using the same client I use for my own account which works fine.
It almost looks like the new account is set for MoP?
It doesn't seem like a client issue seeing as my own account can login perfectly.

You don't set an account up for an expansion. So I think someone downloaded to wrong version...

hello did u manage to solve that problem? i made a new account for a friend too and she can´t log bc of "unable to validate game version" but then i try my account on THE SAME client and there's no problem for me to log. help please:(

Did she use email to login, or her username? Should work with username.
