Cartographer isn't displaying correctly?

The map isn't sized correctly, it goes over other parts of the UI and the cursor that shows where you are on the map isn't on the right place. In this screenshot I am supposed to be right in front of Orgrimmar.

Also I know it is specifically cartographer because I do not have any other add-ons enabled
