DK premium option

Would this server also have the option in the near future to be able to create a DK character without having any level 55 character as being Premium user? Would be nice since this server is PVE compared to other 2 PVP servers where being a premium user could be able to create DK without a level 55 character. I really liked the DK more in this expansion than the one in retail how it is now such a big difference. It really felt you are a powerful Death Knight with powerful dark powers and more complete with many abilities available. In retail their abilities are lacking and are so pruned compared to this expansion where it originally debuted.

I remember at point during previous "Frostmourne season" I was able to create a DK without having any lvl 55 character, so just for being premium
But I do not remeber at which point
