Technical Passowrd will not work on client but works on forums?

I have been in jail a while and i've redownloaded the files. i can log into here, but it won't let me log into the game. My username and password are correct.
It says that the information i've entered is not valid.
What could be causing that and how do i fix it?

be sure your realmlist is correct.

if it does not help, change your password on website (be sure to use one with less than 16 characters and only numbers and letters, no weird symbol)

I had reinstalled it from the link on here through bittorrent and changed my password. the realmslist is also correct. it's still saying my information is incorrect, but i 110% sure it is.

then temporary change your password with an easy one? just to see if in this way it works
