Character transfer

hello, recently i transfered two characters from frostmourne season 2 to icecrown but they don't appears on my character selection screen... the process is completed on the site, can anyone help me please?

Are you sure you are looking at icecrown realm?

yes! the characters are appearing on numbers, on my screen only 7 characters are avaiable, but in the number right to the server name are couning to 11
